Local parks are special places to relax, play and meet loved ones and the UK’s Favourite Park campaign was our chance to celebrate the spaces that play such an important part in our daily lives.

Attracting close to 100,000 visitors each year, this beautiful 200-acre park in Wales has everything from beaches to woodland walks and was crowned our 2022 winner.
Designed in 1926, Blackpool's grade II listed park stretches across 390 acres and boasts a blend of architecture, horticulture and recreation. No wonder it took the title not once but twice, in 2017 and 2019.
Glasgow’s Rouken Glen Park opened in 1906 and welcomes around one million visitors a year. Featuring walled gardens, boating ponds and even its own waterfall, this popular park was our winner in 2016.
Shropshire’s wildlife-rich nature reserve and park was our inaugural winner in 2015. Complete with fishing ponds, nature trails, cycling routes and adventure play areas, this local gem was a worthy winner.
