Bark For Our Parks Bark For Our Parks: Celebrity ambassadors

Meet our fantastic ambassadors - canine and human alike - supporting our Bark For Our Parks campaign, helping to secure a future where everyone has a park or green space close to home, forever.

Gyles Brandreth and Phydeaux

Vice President of Fields in Trust

Gyles Brandreth is a writer, broadcaster, actor, and long-time supporter of Fields in Trust. He was Chair of Trustees for many years working closely with HRH The Duke of Edinburgh during his time as President and has been a proud Vice President of the charity for many years.

We’re a nation of dog lovers. Collectively, dog owners spend millions of hours every year walking their dogs in local parks, assuming that they will always be there. Sadly, that’s not the case, and this is why I have been a supporter of Fields in Trust’s work for the last 30 years. We want as many people and their beloved dogs to join the campaign as possible and to be proud of the role they will play in making sure there will always be somewhere to take Phydeaux for a walk.

Gemma Collins and Blue

Gemma Collins is a television personality and businesswoman, starring in “The Only Way is Essex” and “Celebrity Big Brother”. Gemma is an avid animal rights and conservation supporter.

I’m so excited to be welcomed into the Fields in Trust family as a Bark For Our Parks Ambassador! The highlight of Blue’s day (and often mine) is exploring our local parks and green spaces, so I’m really happy that I get to be a part of this wonderful initiative helping to make sure our walkies will be here forever. Bring on the challenge!

Dr James Greenwood and Dolly

Dr. James Greenwood practicing animal vet, author, and television presenter with appearances across ‘Blue Peter’, ‘Top Class’ and becoming the resident vet on BBC One’s ‘Morning Live’. James is a passionate advocate for the veterinary profession, animal welfare, and conservation.

We all need access to green spaces to enjoy. I see first-hand just how important those daily walks are to the health of our pets and their owners because we all benefit so much from getting out into nature. That’s why being an ambassador for Fields in Trust really matters to me and why Dolly and I can’t wait to get started on the challenge!

Gaby Roslin

Gaby Roslin is a TV presenter, radio broadcaster and author.

We all take our local parks for granted but they are so important for our health and wellbeing and so I’m proud to be working alongside Fields in Trust to support their fantastic work protecting these spaces for the future. Bark for our Parks is a great way for you and your dog to get involved and support the charity whilst doing something you love – a walk in the park!

Natalie Rushdie and Pickle

Natalie Rushdie is a Jazz singer, who has performed at the Royal Albert Hall, St. Paul's Cathedral, and the London Coliseum. Natalie is an ardent dog-lover.

In rain, sun, or snow – walks in our local park are a cherished time for my family. I can’t imagine how I’d feel if this precious place were to be developed. I’m passionate about everyone having a place to experience nature close to home and to enjoy the wildlife that surrounds them, so I’m honoured to be supporting a charity that shares these values.

Georgia Toffolo and Monty

Georgia is a media and television personality, featuring in much-loved shows such as ‘Made in Chelsea’, ‘This Morning’ and ‘I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here!’. Georgia is the Founder of a raw dog food brand “WiLD PACK”, advocating for dog health and welfare.

“Needless to say, dog health and wellbeing are incredibly important to me. But, of course, this doesn’t just stop at their food. The magic of parks and green spaces to run, sniff, and play is essential to their health and happiness. I’m thrilled to be working with Fields in Trust on their Bark For Our Parks campaign and strongly support the work they do to protect thousands of hectares of parks and green spaces that I and Monty treasure so dearly.”
