With the Summer Solstice taking place, this week is perfect for getting outdoors and championing everything about our local green spaces. There's light evenings and plenty of opportunities to show our parks some love!
Why not use the opportunity of long evenings and (hopefully!) sunny weather to discover a park or green space on the way home from work or near to home that you haven't visited before. A great chance to de-stress after a long day. As this week is about celebrating parks and green spaces we’re asking you to see if your chosen park has been nominated for UK’s Best Park and if not to nominate it yourself! You’ll need to make a quick trip to the park to snap a nice photo and see how creative you can get with your 50-word description!
